When we agree to take on your case, we work on a contingency fee basis which means we are not paid until we win your case.  We bear the cost of preparing your case for trial, regardless of the outcome of the case.  All we ask is that our clients follow their doctors’ orders and seek treatment when necessary.

Less than ten percent of our cases actually go to trial, because one hundred percent of our cases are completely prepared for trial.  Insurance companies recognize this.  Knowing our opponents prefer to avoid the publicity of the courtroom, we keep our cases moving and push to bring them to trial.

A quick settlement does not always mean a fair and just reward.  At Bye, Goff, Rohde & Skow we believe that outcomes are a reflection of the spirit, determination and commitment we bring to your case.  While every case is prepared to the fullest extent possible, at times, obtaining just results requires tenacity.  If we fail to win initially, we often file an appeal.  In recent years we have won more than half of the state and federal appeals involving our cases- an exceptionally high success rate.
