The lawyers at Bye, Goff & Rohde often participate in mediation to pursue fair settlement offers for clients.  Mediation is a proceeding in which the parties meet with a neutral in an effort to iron out a settlement before trial.  Mediation is not binding unless the parties reach a mutual agreement to settle.
