“As attorneys, it is our great privilege to utilize our expertise and resources to help injured people navigate unfortunate circumstances. These situations are often new, confusing, and very distressing. When insurance companies refuse to play fair, it is our goal and our job to provide clarity, guidance, and support.” -Cristina Wirth
Cristina Wirth was born and raised in River Falls. She is proud to serve her hometown community and the greater state of Wisconsin as a personal injury lawyer. Cristina first joined Bye, Goff & Rohde as a clerical assistant in 2012. Her experience with the firm allows her to appreciate the teamwork required to obtain justice for her clients.
Cristina knows that injuries can be life-changing and that no one should have to navigate the legal system alone. When you have been injured, the last thing you should have to question is whether an insurance company is being fair to you.
Cristina Wirth graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School magna cum laude. She served on the Law Review senior board and was inducted into the Pro Bono Society. Before joining Bye, Goff & Rohde, Cristina clerked for Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Cristina participated in the judicial decision-making process by conducting research, drafting memoranda, and assisting judges in drafting and finalizing opinions. Cristina’s experience working with judges gives her a unique perspective in litigating personal injury cases.
Cristina enjoys fitness, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her loved ones, including her beagle rescue Norbert. Cristina also helps coach the successful River Falls High School mock trial team, of which she is an alumna.
