“We are extremely proud to have Cristina join our team. She brings the highest academic credentials and marvelous legal skills to the table, which she will use to represent injured people.” -STEVE GOFF, MANAGING PARTNER
Cristina was born and raised in River Falls. She is proud to serve her hometown community as well as the greater state of Wisconsin. Cristina attended law school at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where she graduated magna cum laude. She served on the Law Review senior board, and was inducted into the Pro Bono Society. During law school Cristina also served as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Prior to law school Cristina graduated summa cum laude from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
After law school, Cristina served as a judicial law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. As a law clerk Cristina participated in the judicial decision-making process by conducting research, drafting memoranda, and assisting judges in drafting and finalizing opinions. Cristina’s experience working with judges gives her a unique perspective in litigating personal injury cases.
Cristina began working at Bye, Goff & Rohde as a clerical assistant while attending Hamline. She first became interested in a legal career while a member of the successful River Falls High School Mock Trial team, coached by attorney Tracy N. Tool, Robert A. Parsons and Brian F. Laule. She is pleased to return to the firm as an attorney and is proud to help clients fight for their rights.
In her spare time Cristina enjoys being active, reading, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with her husband Lucas and beagle rescue Norbert.
