Brian has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of injured clients. Brian was recognized as the 2017 “Young Trial Lawyer of the Year” for the State of Wisconsin and has devoted his career to zealously and tirelessly advocating on behalf of injury victims. He’s handled cases ranging from workplace explosions, railroad collisions, farm accidents, premises liability, car crashes, and many, many other types of legal claims involving serious injuries. Brian prides himself on developing a client-specific approach and working closely with his clients to develop the strategy that best suits their needs and protects their future.

Brian is a member of the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a winner of the “Lawyer of the Year – Personal Injury” for Eau Claire, a winner of “The Best Lawyers in America” 2019-present, a Wisconsin Super Lawyer for the last several years, among others.

Courtesy of his three kids, Brian’s other full-time job is watching and helping with youth sports and youth theater. He lives in Western Wisconsin with his wife and children, is active with Rotary Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters, along with other charities, and enjoys fishing and the outdoors.
