C.M (Chuck) Bye

Founding Attorney

“My goal is to put you on an equal playing field with insurance companies. I ensure you are represented fairly and receive the best outcome possible.”

For over 40 years, Chuck Bye has been an advocate for injured clients. Over that time, he’s helped Bye, Goff & Rohde become one of the most trusted and renowned personal injury law firms in Wisconsin. The firm consists of an infrastructure of attorneys, investigators, and experienced support staff that provides first-class support in preparing winning cases.

Chuck Bye, a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist, has represented clients in over half of the courtrooms in Wisconsin. He received his law degree from Valparaiso following his graduation from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Chuck then moved to River Falls, Wisconsin where he began building a law practice that is today recognized as a preeminent law firm by Martindale-Hubbell‘s lawyer rating system.

Chuck has also been an active volunteer with Boy Scouts of America, his church, and high school hockey.  He is also a past River Falls School Board member. Chuck is the proud father of Karyn Bye- Dietz, Olympic Gold Medalist, U.S. Women’s Hockey Team.  In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and woodworking.
